The Fox Reformed Investment and Share Club meets once a month on a Sunday at 11am. Members pay £25 per month and have created a portfolio of shares. The aim of the club is to learn about the confusing world of the stock market. Members each track one or two of the shares in the portfolio and recommendations are made each month to sell, hold or to buy new shares. We also have the occasional punt on very speculative stocks. Currently we have a small holding in Leeds United. Oo er!

The club also runs year-long fantasy leagues.

Joining this group does require some commitment, as members must contribute to the group, however it is still fun and certainly educational (and we do hope to make a profit one day)!!

The next meeting will be Sunday 25th January 2004, 11am at The Fox and is in fact our AGM.
